All India Paramedical Council is an autonomous body regulated and protected by a Trust GDMT registered under ITA 1882. This body is also registered in the MSME Government of India.
All India Paramedical Council established under Article 29 and 30 (1) of Constitution of India and incorporated under The Legislation of Government of India.
    All India Paramedical Council works autonomously as leaders in providing affiliation for paramedical courses (Diploma, Certificate) registered under Indian Trust Act, 1882 and MSME (UDYOG ADHAR) (Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India).

This is a seamless cross of privatization and globalization of education in India. It is an organization which was founded to impart not just education, but also for research & Development in Paramedics, Allied or Traditional and Alternative Medicine other than Allopathic, Ayurved, Unani and Homeopathy.

    Application for the purpose of the achieving the affiliation for paramedical diploma courses can be applied only on the prescribed format furnished by the State Paramedical Faculty Head Office by submitting a small fees from the registrar with documents. After submitting the duly filled application, the Council will decide to proceed for the process or not.
    A very agreeable point in the process is that the applicant has to submit a declaration stating that it will not use the Paramedical System for commercial purpose but for research and development.
    Secretary/Chairman on behalf of managing committee of Para Medical Council of India will appoint an inspection team to visit the premises of the institute for physical verification. The report therein will be submitted to the secretary/chairman of the board.
    The affiliation may be granted for a permanent or temporary specific duration and extension of time may be granted on the recommendation of the inspection team of the Council.
